Reservations are accepted by Art Inn Italy upon receipt of the completed reservation form and the non-refundable deposit of EUR 500 via wire transfer or PayPal.me.
Reservations for workshops must be paid in full at least 60 days before the workshop start date. Registrations made within 60 days of the start date must be accompanied by full payment. If final payment is not received 60 days prior to the start date, ArtInnItaly reserves the right to cancel reservation.
A copy of your bank transfer certificate with the official stamp of your bank should be attached to this form specifying the name of the participant and the title and date of the workshop.
IMPORTANT: All paid fees should include all bank costs and commissions.
Cancellations and refund
Art Inn Italy must receive an E-mail, Fax or a phone call notifying us that you are canceling a workshop at least 60 days before the workshop start date, at which time the workshop can be exchanged for another at a later date. Exchange dates for canceled workshops received less than 60 days before the workshop start date are not guaranteed and subject to the discretion of management and their ability to find a standby participant. Canceled workshops will confirmed by an E-mail message Issued by the Art Inn Italy within 48 Hours. The new reservation must be made within one year of the canceled workshop (No penalty). If you cancell less than 60 days prior to departure, ArtInnItaly will retain the non-refundable deposit of EUR 500 in order to cover administration costs (including accommodation). The retaining of the deposit is not intended to be punitive in any way. Any applicable refunds will be processed 30 days after our receipt of your written cancellation. Refunds are NOT available for missed or canceled airport transfers.
In the unlikely event of workshop cancellations on behalf of Art Inn Italy a complete refund, including the EUR 500 deposit, will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation notice. Insurance we advise all workshop participants to take out travel insurance before they depart for Italy.
Your travel insurance should cover, as a minimum requirement: medical emergencies, lost baggage, transportation problems and theft. Personal assistance for your entire visit Is provided by the program coordinator including tuition, 24 hour emergency support line, cultural activities, excursions & field trips.
Your privacy is guaranteed. our staff and instructors are not permitted to provide any details about our participants before, during or after their workshop.
The accommodation is described in the itinerary of each specific workshop due to the limited number of rooms available in the Palazzo Galletti B&B Boutique Hotel (www.palazzogalletti.eu) on a first come, first choice basis.
Art Inn Italy reserves the right to change the accommodation described with other accommodation of the same standard or higher.
ArtInnItaly does not provide flight arrangements and will not be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellations or changes in International gateways or travel dates. We recommend that you do not purchase tickets with high penalty charges for changes.
