WhereYou’llStay: Vittorio Veneto is a city created in 1886 by the merging of two towns, Ceneda and Serravalle. Serravalle is a hidden, medieval gem, nestled in the foothills of the Dolomites, 40 minutes drive from Venice and north of Treviso.

You will be able to relax in the magnificent romantic garden, experience the finest and tastiest organic Italian cuisine and meet with other guests in our stylish and comfortable living room and library. There is a large studio where critiques can be held, or paintings finished in case of bad weather.
Activities: Activities will include culinary excursions, cooking classes, walking tours of the Prosecco vineyards and several wine tastings. Guided tours of Conegliano, Treviso, Bassano del Grappa, Asolo and Possagno, including the local restaurants, and markets. An Italian mama will guide you through the preparation of many Italian gourmet recipes, including antipastos, pasta, risotto, frittata, second courses and deserts. You'll go home with a delicious repertoire...! The one-day tour of the Dolomites, Auronzo, Misurina lake and Cortina d'Ampezzo is optional.
Itinerary Day 1. Saturday
Arrival. Check-in at Palazzo Galletti B&B Boutique Hotel in Vittorio Veneto;
Walking guided tour of the historic centre of Serravalle (part 1);
Lunch at Palazzo Galletti;
Walking guided tour of the historic centre of Serravalle (part 2), including the visit of the Museum and the church of San Lorenzo.
Welcome Gourmet Dinner at Palazzo Galletti.
Day 2. Sunday
Chauffeur guided culinary excursion & guided tour along the Prosecco Road, including:
The Cistercians, abbey of Santa Maria in Follina which dates back to the 13th century;
Wine tasting & lunch at “Santantoni Prosecco” wineyard;
Short walking tour of the Prosecco hills;
Tour of Asolo, Possagno, and Bassano del Grappa and its covered wooden bridge, and Palladian Villas;
Dinner at Palazzo Galletti.
Day 3. Monday
Visit the local market, buying the ingredients for a hands-on “Italian Mama" cooking class followed by a tasting meal of the dishes prepared
